Please keep in mind that this is how I make my living and support my family. When you book a lesson time or class, that slot is given to you and only you. Unlike a hair salon or doctor’s office, I am not able to take additional clients on a walk-in or stand-by basis, so if you cancel your time that is lost revenue for me that I cannot recover. Once you have purchased a class, lesson time, gift certificate, or package, these appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, but I generally do not issue refunds for classes/lessons cancelled by you less than 24 hours in advance. The only exceptions to this policy are cases of inclement weather or emergencies. If you think you are becoming ill and won’t be well for you lesson, please reach out to me as soon as possible.

Because I’m a mom with small children occasionally they get sick and I have care for them. And sometimes I get sick too. If that is the case, I will issue you a full refund or work with you to reschedule the appointment as soon as possible, by phone, email, and usually text as well.
